  4. Build & prove it

    Done = the system runs end-to-end for real: a stranger can find you, inquire, get an instant reply, and be tracked to booked-with-deposit.

  5. Handoff

    You own every account and tool (~$30–60/mo, paid by you directly). Plain-English guide plus a walkthrough call.
